A woman with a delivery shortfall confiscates a customer’s food

After driving more than 20 kilometers (12.5 miles), an American DoorDash delivery woman refused to deliver food to a customer, complaining that a meager tip of C$10 ($8) was not enough to cover her 40-minute trip.

In a viral video (in English) captured on a security camera, we see the delivery woman ringing the doorbell, looking angry.

The customer answers him, without opening the door, to ask him to leave the order on the doorstep.

She insisted, replying: “I don’t think you know how far I have to go.”

Confused customer asks him and repeats leaving the bag at the entrance.

She replied “No, I’d like to talk to you, actually”.

After a customer asks for an explanation, the delivery person explains that she believes the customer doesn’t fully understand where the food came from and how far they have to travel to get to their door, “otherwise I wouldn’t have left that amount of money.”

Although the woman repeats that she had to drive for more than 40 minutes, the man assures us that this trip does not take more than 15 to 20 minutes.

You ask the customer to review the tip amount.

Annoyed, he replied, “What are you looking for? I tipped you $8!” ($10 Canadian).

After such an answer, the delivery girl leaves the place without giving the order to the ungrateful customer.
