Many festival-goers lined up to see Millencolin, Pennywise and Sum 41 at FEQ on Friday, and not everyone had a chance to attend the parade.  At first, the Francophonie garden filled up quickly for this wonderful punk evening.

At 5:30 pm, the Québec Festival indicated on its social networks that only people still in line, from Fontaine de Tourny, can get to the Parc de la Francophonie. And this line went much further, to Porte Saint-Louis. The site opened and closed according to the number of people leaving between shows, similar to 2018 when Sum 41 visited the same site.

People who could not enter the site were able to see the performance of Sum 41 on screens instead of the National Assembly.
