A mysterious evening at Angelina Jolie’s restaurant and The Weeknd

Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd were photographed leaving a popular spot for celebrities, Giorgio Baldi’s restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, fueling rumors about the reasons for their face-to-face meeting.

The two stars, who spent hours together at the upscale Italian restaurant, left separately so as not to be photographed together, according to Page Six media reports.

The 46-year-old Oscar winner wore a black silk dress while the 31-year-old singer wore jeans and black shoes.

While it is possible that the mother of six and the Canadian singer shared a romantic evening together, it was also possible that the couple met for professional reasons and nothing more, as the singer wants to advance his career in cinema.

“Obviously they’re not trying to hide their meeting,” a source close to The Weeknd told Page Six. He definitely focuses on the world of cinema. He has a new HBO series in which he plays.”

The Weeknd’s love life has been quite busy for the past few years. He dated Bella Hadid privately in 2015, broke up in 2016 and reunited in 2017 after a 10-month affair with Selena Gomez. They broke up forever in 2019.

Jolie, who celebrated her 46th birthday last month, reportedly reconnected with ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller.

She was photographed leaving her apartment building last month wearing a long beige coat and holding an expensive bottle of Peter Michael wine.
