A 57-year-old man who hired an assassin in the US has been charged with trying to kill a young woman, True Crime Daily reported.
Between May and November 2021, Armando Conceicao allegedly contacted another person, “Individual 1,” to ask him to kill a 13-year-old girl.
The two will meet in New Jersey in May 2021, where Mr. Conceicao allegedly provided an address and photo of a woman living in Texas.
Subsequently, Armando Conceicao allegedly paid the individual to travel to the state where the teenager resided. “The Lonely One” stays for a week, filming the girl’s father’s house and car.
When he returned, Mr. Conceicao is said to have encouraged him to go ahead with their plan.
In November, the two meet again to discuss their plans.

Conceicao would have accepted. During their meeting, “Individual 1” allegedly told him: “If we kill one girl, it’s only one person.”
The bond between the 57-year-old man and the young woman remains unclear.
If convicted, Armando Conceicao faces up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
