(Ecofin Agency) – After a few months of introducing Communities, WhatsApp is rolling out this option to all of its users, which will change the way they communicate across groups. Here are 3 uses that can help you.
Communities on WhatsApp bring together several groups under the same topic. Similar feature to Discord app. This feature, located in the left tab of your app, allows you to easily switch from one group to another and get the information you’re looking for. To put it to good use, you have 3 paths:
- in education. If you are a teacher, you can create a community from your class as part of a group presentation for example, or in all classes where you teach a specific topic.
- In the company. If you have different subsidiaries or departments, each with a WhatsApp group, it would be interesting to bring them together in a community to better coordinate your activities internally.
- In catering to organize the tasks of kitchen chefs, waiters, stock managers or cashiers.
Besides these communities, WhatsApp has also announced the creation of polls in discussions or even video calls for up to 32 people.
